TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS

  • Have all your references ready before you contact me for commission work. I will not begin until we discuss the details and payment has been made

  • Most of my commission would involve drawing your character in my style. I will not be able to honor really complex requests.

  • If you need to keep the commission confidential, there is a fee of 50 USD for non-disclosure.

I DRAW

  • Female Characters (Fanart, reference required)

  • Male characters with feminine features

  • Human

  • Nekomimi

  • Slightly Lewd/NSFW

I DON'T DRAW

  • Mecha/ Heavy Armor

  • Buff/Muscular Characters

  • Furry

  • Explicit NSFW

  • Realism

  • Extreme Violence/Gore

RIGHTS AND USAGE

  • I (the artist) have full rights over my artwork

  • You MUST credit me when using my work

  • I retain all rights to use the work as my portfolio pieces

  • I can live stream your commission on my Twitch/Youtube unless confidential fee is paid.

  • Any commercial use involving distributeable printed merchandise (charms, prints, etc) requires an additional fee (+100% of project price)

  • Do not sell my drawing as NFT

  • I do not consent to have my art used for AI training

PAYMENT TERMS

  • All commission must be paid in full and upfront through VGen's payment options

REVISIONS

  • I do not mind doing a few revisions each stage but please try to present all revisions needed upfront. If I find that this is being abused I retain the right to refuse and charge a revision fee for further revisions.

  • Skeb/Surprise Me commissions do not include revisions

REFUNDS

  • I will issue a full refund If I have not started your commission or have canceled it. Please note that I will refund the amount I received after the processing fees took place. (i.e., If the commission is USD$100 and I received USD$95, then you will be refunded USD$95)

  • If applicable, commissions in payment plans cannot get a refund of the first half of the payment as it is non-refundable.

  • Once completed, all sales are FINAL.
